This strawberry shake is one of my all time favorite shake recipes and I love that it only takes a matter of minutes to whip together. When it comes to shake, for me- less is more. I like really being able to taste the fresh fruit and all the flavors, I like to keep things simple.
The Best Strawberry Milk Shake Recipe

- 2/3 cup fat-free milk
- 2/3 cup reduced-fat strawberry ice cream
- 2/3 cup frozen unsweetened sliced strawberries
- 2 tablespoon strawberry syrup
- 2 tablespoons whipped cream
In a blender, combine the milk, ice cream and strawberries; cover and process until smooth.
Drizzle the inside of a chilled glass with strawberry syrup. Add ice cream mixture. Garnish with whipped cream and more strawberry syrup. Serve immediately.
