Nov. 18—ANDOVER TOWNSHIP — The Ohio State Freeway Patrol Ashtabula Publish is investigating the demise of an Andover man, who was discovered on Route 85 Wednesday evening.
Round 7:40 p.m., OHP troopers responded to a report of an in poor health or injured individual on Route 85. Emergency personnel arrived and located William Taft, 61, and a bicycle laying on the pavement close to the sting of Route 85.
Taft was unresponsive and paramedics’ efforts to revive him had been unsuccessful, in keeping with OHP stories. Taft was pronounced useless on the scene.
Taft’s demise stays beneath investigation, however it’s not believed to be the results of foul play or a visitors crash.
Andover Village Police and Andover Fireplace and EMS personnel assisted OHP on the scene.
