• Xiaomi started registering for Android Pie Test
• Registration window open till March 15

Xiaomi has discontinued the global testing of Android 9.0 Pie Updatefor Redmi Note 5 Pro, Redmi Note 6 Pro, and Redmi S2 / Redmi Y2.
To get the beta tester on board, the Chinese company has started registration of the team for testing the new MIUI 10 Global Beta
The new update will come with MIUI 10 at the top. Registration window for Android Py update updates is open till March 15, while MIUI 10 Global Beta ROM based on the new Androidversion will start rolling out from March 19.
Thus, the probability that the process for open beta will start in the beginning of March or early April.
As announced through a post on MIUI forums, Xiaomi has signed an Android 9.0 pie update for Redmi Note 5 Pro, 11,994, Redmi Note 6 Pro, 13,495, and Redmi S2 to get world-class testing Which is known as Redmi Y2 ₹ 7,999, in India which has started.
The registration window is open till March 15, and users participating in the beta testing program must have an unlock bootloader on their device and should use the latest MIUI Global Beta Rome.
Apart from this, there should be some knowledge about ROMs, bootloader unlocking and flashing MIUI
Xiaomi will notify beta testers eligible to begin pushing new MIUI 10 Global Beta Rome on March 19th. This means that it is safe to expect that
will reach the open beta phase at any time in the beginning of March or early April. Rome
Notably, Xiaomi had revealed last month that it will begin registration for the Android Pie update for RedmiNote 5, 5,626, Redmi Note 6 Pro, and Redmi S2 / Redmi Y2 in the first quarter of this year.
The company has also planned to test similar updates for Mi 6X.
