“Wargasms.”
Part war. Part orgasms.
“Wargasms.” I heard that while watching a Gay and Katie Hendricks video on ending blame and criticism in relationships and laughed out loud. Genius.
The idea? We human beings get A LOT out of the adrenaline rush of blaming and criticizing others. It’s almost like a drug we’re addicted to.
Try it right now. Simply stick your finger out like you’re pointing at someone and say “Gaaaahhhh!” to yourself as you angrily wag your finger. Feel that little rush? Waaaay too many people constantly live from that place. Yikes. (You don’t do you?)
This little adrenaline rush can get pretty darn powerful when you turn it up to a 10 in a gang busters argument---making it almost as powerful as an orgasm. Hence, “wargasm.”
Their big idea?
How about we transfer that “wargasm” energy into the bed room or into our creative projects where it belongs?!?

Frozen in fear, you avoid responsibility because you think your experience is beyond your control. This stance keeps you from making decisions, solving problems, or going after what you want in life.
