It is the greatest good for an individual to discuss virtue (aka Areté) every day... for the unexamined life is not worth living."

~ Socrates, 5th century bce Greek philosopher from The Apology

Today’s recommended assignments:

1. Discuss virtue (aka Areté) with some friends. How about just a little less pop culture/sports/business/politics/whatever and a little more Areté?!

2. Spend some time "examining" your life. What/who do love the most? What things would you like to create? What would you do if you weren't afraid? ...?

Let’s live an examined life.

And don’t forget this wisdom from Dan Millman: “The unlived life is not worth examining.” :)
